Real seamless products — DIWEI is using new generation of computerized knitting machines, softwares and techniques to achieve the real seamless sportswear/activewear production. From collar to sleeve, from waist curve to hip curve, everything is finished at one time and seamless. Make your product smooth and comfortable.
1. The advantage of seamless production process — save a lot of steps in the garment making process. Like taping, binding, cutting, sewing and so on. Your product can be finished at one place from yarn material to finished garment. It shorts the production time to allow quick response, and it also saves production cost (like transportation cost, technique cost and material cost)
2. The carbon emission advantage of seamless products. The real seamless product means you don’t need cut-and-sew and oddments. You can make more precise predictions for material using on each production and control the overall material waste in single digits. Seamless production makes your product’s carbon emission become very little and eco-friendly, controllable, traceable products.

DIWEI is using latest generation of computerized flat-bed knitting machine and related techniques to make different areas of garment into different functions. Or adding 3-D structures and double-layer structures, intarsia, jacquard and so on to make your product more designable and fashionable.
